To get fit for scale, we’re looking for a highly motivated, proactive and analytical individual to spearhead our Revenue Operations function from the ground up.
As the first RevOps hire, you will be a driving force behind our 2024 (and beyond) goals.
As you build the RevOps team, you work closely with teams across the business to optimise our GTM motions, but also earn the opportunity to hire/lead a team of your own as the function grows.
You’ll report directly to our CEO and COO to strategise, develop and execute on the company’s Revenue Operations foundations.
As part of this role, your responsibilities will include:
Developing & implementing a comprehensive RevOps strategy aligned to the company's overall growth objectives
Overseeing and evolving B2B SaaS KPIs, analytics and reporting across the GTM motion
Serving as the administrator for our CRM, including ownership of access and process management with relevant functional teams
Ensuring integrity, consistency, accuracy, and completeness of commercial data, providing a reliable source for sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and C-suite
Managing, improving and monitoring the contracting process to support replicable, standardised selling by our Sales and Customer Success teams
Serve as an expert on the Company’s product offerings and licensing models, deal structures, pricing and packaging, and standard terms and conditions
Create and manage the day-to-day operations of a “Deal Desk” with a focus on optimising revenue, profitability, deal quality, and reducing sales cycle times
Hands-on partnering with Sales & Customer Success on proposal building, pricing, and quote generation, including maintaining process documentation and team training
Serve as point of contact liaison between our Sales and Operations teams to identify and drive contract redlines and approvals on non-standard contract terms and conditions
Partnering with our Finance & Operations Team VP of Revenue to own the commission calculation and approval process for quota-bearing reps
Managing and improving customer billing cycles and revenue collections
Producing regular & ad-hoc reporting for revenue team leaders including via Excel & Hubspot
Supporting Sales, Customer Success, & Growth Marketing teams with all GTM operational needs
5+ years of experience within or building a world-class RevOps function and leading a successful team in a high growth B2B SaaS environment
Deep understanding of CRM ecosystems (Hubspot experience preferred) and other sales/marketing software platforms
Excellent proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheet for reporting and analysis
Data driven and analytical with an expert capability in interpreting complex datasets
Highly proficient English (written and spoken) essential
Strong project management & organisational skills; able to multi-task to strict deadlines
Excellent communication & collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional teams
Self sufficient in executing a strategic vision, and proactive in foreseeing challenges in advance of execution, while always seek opportunities to improve a process
You get the job done - Track record of showing initiative, and able to find ways to get things done when ambiguity is high.

Compensation: £65,000 - £95,000 with an additional options equity grant worth 15-30% of salary
Your portfolio will ideally outline the above skills through your design work and past projects. It should show the process you followed, decision made and rationale behind them
