Position Summary:
We are looking for a Director of GTM Systems & Revenue Operations to own out GTM tech stack and drive GTM performance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, planning & forecasting, managing the sales tech stack & defining the systems strategy, and optimizing the sales process. As Sr. Manager of GTM Systems & Revenue Operations, you will work closely with the Sales leadership, Finance, Marketing, CX and Product teams to ensure alignment and collaboration across the organization. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in Revenue & sales operations, sales analytics, and sales technology. You should also have strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. You should be able to balance strategic thinking with operational execution and deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Position Responsibilities:
Revenue Operations

Develop and execute revenue strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision
- Forecast and plan sales activities, including revenue, pipeline, quota, and headcount
- Define sales territories and manage account assignments
- Optimize the sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor the Revenue operations team and ensure their professional development
GTM Business Systems

Manage the sales tech stack, including CRM, sales automation, and reporting tools
- Manage the administration, configuration, and integration of Salesforce.com
- Define and maintain SFDC roadmap, and process improvement initiatives across the
GTM Organization

Ensure data quality and accuracy across all revenue systems and databasesProvide reports and dashboards on key Revenue metrics (Pipeline, Forecast, Renewals etc), Sales KPI’s and trends
- Leverage and upgrade internal reporting tools to establish best-of-breed reporting and tracking for sales pipeline, forecasting, and revenue outcomes
- Benchmark company practices with best-in-class practices and processes to advise and protect organization's systems and data
- Be a player-coach with dedicated time to working on key systems initiatives directly when needed
- Ability to collaborate well with a diverse group of stakeholders and drive cross-functional initiatives by translating the business and reporting requirements into actionable designs, plans and drive to successful implementation
Required Skills:

6+ years of experience in Revenue operations, Sales operations, or a related field, with at least 3+ years of experience managing Salesforce.com (preferably in a B2B SaaS environment)
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce.com products and their functionalities (data models, data architecture, and data management, Integrations etc)
- Experience managing SFDC and experience with partial or complete re-implementation of SFDC
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to identify trends and influence business decisions (Advanced proficiency in Excel, and data visualization tools)
- Highly organized and detail oriented, good with numbers, possessing multi-tasking skills and efficiency in managing business goals
- Problem solving skills: ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions, as well as demonstrate skill and passion for problem solving and operational excellence
- Bachelor's Degree in in Business, Finance, Statistics or a similar discipline (MBA a plus)
