Responsibilities:
- Based in Germany, responsible for sales and operational activities of multiple business lines (including PCB, SMT, 3D printing, etc.) in the European region. This includes but is not limited to sales, operations, and marketing strategies.
- Lead the overseas team in expanding cooperation with major clients, deeply understanding their needs, providing comprehensive services, and fostering key client relationships.
- Develop localized marketing plans for overseas markets based on domestic product offerings and R&D team insights. Execute marketing campaigns.
- Regularly train and empower the overseas team in areas such as product knowledge, sales, and operations to enhance their business capabilities.
- Lead the team’s participation in various international trade shows and conferences to increase brand exposure and acquire new customer resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with no specific major requirement.
- Work experience in software, smart hardware, new energy, consumer electronics, manufacturing, or related fields. Minimum 2 years in managerial positions related to sales, operations, and marketing.
- Rich international market experience, familiarity with business environments and cultures across multiple countries and regions.
- Proven experience in successfully leading and expanding overseas business, including sales growth and market share expansion.
- Proficient English communication skills; knowledge of other languages (such as Spanish, French, German, etc.) is a plus.
