Location: Mumbai, India | Team Size: 4 | Reports to: National Product Manager | Language requirements: Fluent/Professional English, written and verbal
As our new AWS National Sales Operations Manager - AWS (MAP, OLA, CEI), you will be primarily responsible for overseeing the AWS program initiatives and ensuring that the team are delivering the AWS programs successfully with maximum profitability for the company.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Set clear expectations, goals, and performance standards for team members, and conduct regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions
- Oversee the submission of opportunities (funnel details) for migration, OLA, and MAP cases as per the AWS guidelines
- Ensure an efficient, timely and accurate claim/invoice process and follow up with AWS for approvals.
- Maintain a tracker of all running and/or upcoming AWS programs and regular follow up on the status of each program with the team
Your Competencies:
- Demonstrated track record of success in team management
- Previous experience with program management, preferably within (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Extensive experience with AWS funding/incentive programs (such as MAP, OLA, CEI)
