The Chief Revenue Officer is a key strategic leadership position to aid the company's growth.
- The Ideal candidate shall be an MBA graduate from TOP INSTITUTE and have 15+ years with Sales leadership experience in the Health / Corporate Wellness / Human Resource sector.
- Location: Bangalore (Full time, Work from Office position)
About the Role:
- Strategic Sales and Marketing, lead generation and branding experience is essential
- Responsible for Value Added Sales to upsell & cross sell other products.
- Ability to provide direction and manage, develop, and coach a large team
- Ability to utilize, manage and coach to consultative selling skills, pipeline management and processes
- Scale our product offerings with an emphasis on revenue growth, operational efficiency, and speed of execution.
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that ensures the company exceeds its revenue and profitability goals.
- Create, nurture, manage, and grow our sales team.
- Provide senior leadership to the organization market insights, pricing shifts, and competitive analysis.
- Work closely with founders to align strategy with sales growth.
- Be accountable for results, focusing on both long- and short-term strategies; take responsibility for accurate forecasting and meeting/exceeding agreed upon sales and revenue targets.
Job Requirements:
- Proven success in Business development and sales results, preferably with professional service firms
- Strategic sales and marketing, lead generation and branding experience is essential
- A sound understanding and working knowledge of industry, market, and trends
- Ability to utilize, manage and coach to consultative selling skills, pipeline management and processes
- Strong connections in relevant markets and/or ability to network with business owners and finance leaders of all-size- SMB or Enterprise.
Mandatory / Strong preference for:
- MBA Graduate from Top B schools (Mandatory)
- Overall 15 yrs+ Experience (Mandatory)
- Prior experience in B2B Sales and Services in Corporate Wellness / Health Tech / HR sector dealing with CHRO / CXO level
- Prior experience in B2B Sales and Services
- Prior experience / handled large regional or Pan India sales
- Prior rich experience in Sales, Marketing & Branding Strategy
- Immediate / Early joiners
