Job Profile
Co-ordinate and provide timely support to Railing Sales team across Nation from Head Office for
Smoother execution of Projects and New business development.
Ensure Timely Completion of Projects as per set Time lines along with support of concern team members and aligning required resources.
Reviewing Divisional Sales Targets and providing required Sales Support to achieve regional Sales Targets to fulfill divisional Goals.
Leading and Guiding team members for smoother day-to-day operations from New Leads handling, Quotations, Supply Chain to Completion of Projects through out the country.
Prepare an annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.
Monitor daily operations and address potential issues when they arise.
Ensure all systems operate smoothly and align with our quality standards.
Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance.
Analyze and improve organizational process and workflow to implement changes
Handling various MIS as per organizations requirement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹837,957.65 - ₹1,247,061.01 per year
