We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Operations Analyst. This position will primarily focus on managing maintenance renewals and invoicing processes.
Responsibilities
Maintenance Renewals Management:
- Monitor and track maintenance contracts to ensure timely renewals.
- Coordinate with sales representatives and customers to facilitate renewal processes.
- Generate renewal quotes and proposals as needed.
Invoicing:
- Process invoices accurately and efficiently.
- Verify billing details and resolve any discrepancies.
- Coordinate with finance department to ensure timely billing and payment processing.
Data Management:
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance contracts, renewals, and invoices in the CRM system.
- Update and manage customer information as needed.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- fluent in french and english
- 1-2 years experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
- Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
