• Direct the company’s worldwide finance and accounting activities, including oversight of a leadership team with 10 direct reports.

• Identify and implement opportunities to improve margins, working capital, and operating efficiency within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders on capital allocation, major investments, and business decisions that influence growth and profitability.
• Lead the financial components of acquisitions, including evaluation, diligence, transaction support, and integration planning.
• Oversee domestic and international tax matters while advancing an effective global tax approach aligned with business objectives.
• Enhance reporting structures, control frameworks, and finance processes to support scalability, transparency, and disciplined decision-making.
• Develop and mentor finance and accounting leaders to build a strong, high-performing organization.
• Support enterprise initiatives tied to manufacturing advancement, sustainability efforts, and continued global expansion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience spanning both accounting and finance functions.
• Proven background as a Chief Financial Officer or senior finance executive within a large privately held organization.
• Significant experience supporting global manufacturing businesses with operations in multiple countries.
• Track record in high-volume, low-margin manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated success leading mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and post-close integration.
