Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our client's manufacturing organization. This executive-level role will partner closely withthe executive team to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead the company's financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, cash flow, and treasury functions.
- Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing financial performance.
- Partner with operations to improve profitability, pricing, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, tax regulations, audits, and internal controls.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Lead and develop the accounting and finance team while driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance experience
- Extensive leadership experience
- Strong manufacturing industry experience is required.
- Extensive knowledge of cost accounting, financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Experience leading finance teams and partnering with executive leadership.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
