Compensation: $250,000 - $300,000 Base + Bonus/Profit Sharing

- Develop, validate, and analyze pro formas and complex financial models for growth initiatives
- Serve as a key financial partner during due diligence, transactions, and partner discussions
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, investors, and business partners
- Oversee the accounting and finance organization, including Controllers and broader accounting staff
- Identify opportunities to improve financial performance, scalability, and organizational effectiveness
- Insurance industry experience required; MGA and/or Bermuda market experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated success with M&A transactions, due diligence, and financial modeling
- Experience as a CFO, VP Finance, Head of Finance, Controller, Head of Accounting, or similar senior finance leader
- Proven ability to operate credibly with executive leadership, partners, and external stakeholders
- Approximately 20 days per year for executive meetings, partner collaboration, and leadership events
