Our client in the apparel industry is hiring a Sr. Director Sales Operations!
Location: Remote, but ideally hybrid in LA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the E-commerce Sales Operations team in developing and implementing strategies that improve conversion rates, order value, and customer lifetime value.
- Partner with E-commerce and Marketing teams to optimize product data, promotions, and marketing campaigns for maximum sales impact.
- Analyze e-commerce sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement across the customer journey.
- Develop and maintain e-commerce-specific sales tools and processes, including CRM integrations, conversion funnels, and reporting dashboards.
- Manage the order management process to ensure efficient fulfillment, on-time delivery, and a seamless post-purchase experience for online customers.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline e-commerce sales operations and improve team productivity.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehousing, and other departments to ensure a seamless e-commerce experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in e-commerce sales operations and emerging technologies that can enhance online sales performance.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in e-commerce Sales Operations leadership roles.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing e-commerce sales operations strategies that drive online revenue growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to optimizing e-commerce performance.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, sales forecasting tools, and business intelligence platforms.
- Experience with order management processes and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
