The Role:
The a seeking a Sales Operations Manager to support the Senior Sales leadership in driving results and providing insights for the newly created mid-market team.
Responsibilities:
* Provide Daily, Weekly, Monthly reporting as well as quarterly insights
* Pipeline management and hygiene
* Establish processes and SLAs, build SFDCs dashboards for sales managers, and provide training on how to use
* Support the forecasting process, including analysis of changes in position
* Provide database analysis to support GTM strategy
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years related work experience in the Sales, Sales Support/Operations or interlinked functions, ideally in the software industry
* Strong planning, organisational and multitasking skills
* Solid mathematical aptitude and effective project management skills
* Ability to analyse and document complex business processes, should be a problem solver
* Must be self-managed, responsive and able to work in a virtual team environment
* Hands on mentality, proactivity and great attention to detail
* Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, esp. Excel is required, SalesForce.com.
* A general understanding of Tableau / Power BI is beneficial
