Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhilwara, responsible for leading the financial strategy and operations of Qvkdeep Food's Pvt. Ltd. The CFO oversees financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives and risk management practices. Daily responsibilities include managing financial reporting and analysis, supervising the preparation of financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements. The role involves partnering with senior leadership on strategic decisions, evaluating investments, optimizing capital structure, and monitoring cash flow and liquidity. The CFO also leads and mentors the finance team, implements process improvements, and uses data-driven insights to support business expansion and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance and Financial Planning, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare, review, and interpret Financial Statements and Financial Reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent Analytical Skills, including financial modeling, variance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in financial controls, risk management, and compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams and collaborating with senior management in a mid- to large-size organization.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CFA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent relevant degree.
- Experience in FMCG, food distribution, import/export, or related industries is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
- Comfort with financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel or similar tools.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and the ability to work on-site full time in Bhilwara.
