What will this role achieve?
As Sales Operations Executive you will contribute to pladis success through providing world-class administrative support to the sales function, through accurate and timely execution of all customer administration.
What will be your key results?
As Sales Operations Executive, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) the following:

Deductions inputting
-
Manage invoicing queries (admin) customer resolution with sales team and Genpact

CSP management in SAP
-
Accrual management in SAP (STR/STPP admin)

Price claims
-
Age of stock administration
-
Accurate completion of new line forms
-
SNAFs, orders vs forecast, technical requests, new customer set up
-
Coordinating samples orders
-
Image requests
-
Raising purchase orders in SAP
-
Attending admin and sales operations forums
-
Attending account team meetings when needed
-
Refreshing BW reports where needed
