• Relevant Experience of minimum 4 to maximum 10 years in sales operations.
• Own the sales process which includes creating new scalable processes & optimizing existing ones, including lead conversion, opportunity creation & handoff, opportunity field requirements, sales stages, activity capture from external systems, and more.
• Own the sales data analysis process
• Track and analyze key sales metrics such as pipeline generation, win rate, stage conversion rates, and more. • Coordinate with Business Development, Marketing and Operations Team on day-to-day basis to ensure pipeline and conversion health.
• Use relevant methods to develop sales forecast.
• Ability to apply principles of logic and critical thinking to a wide range of complex business issues.
• Participates as a team member in strategic and tactical planning for the organization
• Implements and maintains sales best practices.
• Participates in hiring, training and ramp-up of new team members.
• Helps develop performance metrics for self and team members.
• Develops, maintains, and reports on monthly, quarterly, and yearly team performance vs. targets.
• Report on team performance by identifying and implementing actions needed for achievement of goals
• Create open communication, driving a fun and successful sales team climate.
Requirements and Skills:
• Proven work experience as a Sales Analyst or similar role
• Experience in HubSpot
• Possesses strong problem-solving skills
