About us
Monaco Solicitors is a dynamic and rapidly expanding firm at the forefront of both legal technology and traditional employment law advocacy. We are dedicated to making employment law more accessible to employees who are being poorly treated at work.
We do this by leveraging technology to provide tools which will facilitate individuals’ access to the legal resources they need to help themselves, and by sharing our extensive employment law knowledge and experience on our website, in plain English.
Our innovations are reshaping how legal services are delivered, as evidenced by our recognition in the Law Society’s prestigious Excellence in Technology and Innovation award.
By these means, we are making justice more widely accessible to individuals who need it, and you can be a part of that mission.
We pride ourselves on an inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and supports our team through mentorship schemes and a strong focus on work-life balance. We value each team member’s contribution, fostering an environment where every voice is heard and career advancement is actively supported.
The Role
We’re looking for a commercially-minded, data-driven Revenue Operations Manager to join our innovative and rapidly expanding team. You will be responsible for building and optimising the systems, processes, and data that underpin our client acquisition and revenue generation. You will work cross-functionally with marketing, intake, legal teams, and leadership to ensure a seamless, efficient, and scalable client journey from first enquiry through to case resolution. You’ll play a key role in optimising how we convert the thousands of new enquiries we receive each month into successful client outcomes, helping us increase access to justice while driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise the full revenue funnel (enquiry → terms offered → sign-up → settlement)
- Analyse and improve conversion rates across the client journey, with a focus on intake and the enquiry-to-sign-up steps
- Carry out hands-on data analysis for quick actionable insights, and work with the data analyst to turn recurring tracking into automated dashboards
- Develop and refine revenue forecasting
- Collaborate with marketing to maximise ROI across paid and organic channels
- Improve CRM systems, automation, and workflows (e.g., lead routing, follow-ups)
- Identify bottlenecks in the client journey and implement scalable solutions
- Support leadership with data-driven decision-making
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and performance
- Support broader business operations, including helping to scale the team and performance-management
What We’re Looking For
- Highly tech-savvy and hands-on: CRM systems, workflow automation (n8n), SQL / Postgres, Google Apps Script, and a vibe-coding mindset. Crucially, substantial proven experience implementing AI and AI-driven optimisation across a business - this is essential, not a nice-to-have.
- 4+ years' experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Growth roles, including time in a senior or lead capacity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into practical insights
- Commercially aware with a focus on measurable outcomes
- Previous experience working within service firms is required
- A proactive problem solver with a “can-do” attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Motivated by making a difference and improving access to justice
What to expect
- A flexible, remote-first working environment
- The chance to genuinely widen access to justice - helping thousands of people get legal representation they otherwise could not afford
- A collaborative and supportive team culture
- Exposure to cutting-edge legal tech - and the chance to be at the forefront of AI automation in the legal sector
- Career progression in a rapidly growing firm
