As the Sales Operations Manager at PermitFlow, you will play a critical role in optimizing and streamlining our revenue-generating processes specifically utilizing HubSpot. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of revenue operations, including strategic planning, data management, system integrations, and cross-functional collaboration.
Data-driven Optimization: Utilize data and technology to optimize existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous optimization in sales performance and productivity.
Software Management: Source, evaluate, and manage software tools and systems that integrate seamlessly to support revenue operations and enable scalability. Ensure that all teams have the necessary tools and resources integrated with HubSpot to maximize their effectiveness.
Go-to-Market Processes: Lead core go-to-market processes. Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on revenue-related processes and initiatives within HubSpot.
3+ years of Sales Ops or RevOps experience with a strong focus on utilizing HubSpot CRM.
Strong strategic thinking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work from our NYC office 2-3 days a week.
