The Sr. Manager, Sales Operations reports to the Director, Sales Enablement to support our Growth & Customer Management team. You will be an individual contributor and work cross functionally with other teams in the organization.

You're excited about this opportunity because...-
You will develop, implement, and continuously optimize sales processes to shorten sales cycles and maximize wins

You will gather, analyze, and interpret sales data - providing reporting; accurate sales forecasts and pipeline projections; and insights to drive sales strategy and action

You will collect and analyze both internal and external data to inform our lead generation and go-to-market strategies

You will manage our CRM including creating automation, developing standard operating procedures, and ensuring the accuracy and cleanliness of the sales data

You will provide critical support to a successful sales team, including facilitating training and organizing/maintaining sales collateral

You will establish strong cross-functional communication channels to ensure sales processes align with company objectives
We're excited about you because...-
You have 5+ years of experience in sales operations or business development (prior working knowledge in areas such as consumer healthcare, pharmacy, patient services, drug distribution is a plus)

You have a proven track record of building sales processes from the ground up including setting KPIs, establishing scalable sales processes, and providing reporting and insights that make an impact

You possess effective organizational and collaboration skills and are able to rally internal teams around new business processes while communicating both the vision and process details

You have advanced Salesforce skills (Salesforce Certification or equivalent technical experience is a huge plus)

You're a pro at building and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams and leaders

You are data driven, motivated by continuous improvement, and have a strong tendency towards execution

You have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field

You are enthusiastic, sincere, and enjoyable to work with
Pay range: $130,000-$150,000 annually
