Reporting to the Director of Sales Operations, the Manager of Sales Operations works with sales leadership, sales representatives, and other internal departments to evaluate and optimize processes for the sales organization and partners. They will develop and implement operational policies and procedures, analyze and improve organizational processes and increase quality, productivity, and efficiency.
What you'll do here:
Lead Team Members
Provide daily oversight for the work performed by team members.
Evaluate work processes to improve efficiencies and find opportunities to provide additional support.
Responsible for partner onboarding process, enhancements, resources, scheduling, data analysis and reporting.
Review internal and external documentation and collaborate with team on maintenance and enhancements.
Remove obstacles that inhibit team performance, job satisfaction, and partner satisfaction.
Build & Maintain Inter-departmental Relationships
Support staff with cross-functional collaboration to ensure process efficiency and accuracy.
Understand other departmental processes and how they impact sales, partners, and students to collaborate on optimization.
Facilitate cross-functional communication on behalf of sales and partners.
Process Management
Review and optimize CRM processes, including oversight of CRM enhancements, maintenance, data management, user guides, SOP documentation, etc.
Evaluate current sales and operations processes to streamline and automate.
Ensure that strategy of day-to-day activities is aligned with sales and partner needs.
Set efficiency measurements to guide continuous improvement.
Proactively identify themes and develop scalable solutions such as updates to standard operating procedures (SOP), knowledge base, communications, and proposals to adapt policies and guidelines to better meet needs.
Create and enhance procedures/processes.
Submit technology requests to support the automation of manual tasks.
Project Management
Skills you will need here:
Associates degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years people management experience
5+ years operations experience
3+ years Salesforce experience
2+ years project management, including project planning, development, implementation, and analysis
2+ years process management, including evaluation, analysis, and optimization
Problem resolution skills
Strong organizational skills
Ability to demonstrate self and organizational awareness, facilitate change, and collaborate

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
