Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing all financial activities of imani medika. The CFO will lead financial planning and budgeting, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports. This role includes developing and implementing financial policies, supporting strategic decision-making with data-driven insights, and monitoring key performance indicators. The CFO will collaborate closely with executive leadership on investment decisions, risk management, and capital structure, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The position also involves building and guiding the finance team, refining systems and processes, and presenting financial updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic resource allocation.
- Candidates should possess experience with Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant disclosures.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting tools, and spreadsheet software.
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably in healthcare or related industries.
- Knowledge of relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements in Indonesia and international frameworks.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and remote leadership capabilities.
- Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business; a professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or equivalent) is an advantage.
