- Sales Director Chief Revenue Officer

Our Client is a rapidly growing success stories, they require a Chief revenue Officer to assist in taking the company on the journey to much bigger things. You will report into the CEO and founder but be solely responsible for the day to day operations and direction of the Sales team and the growth of this company.
You will support the transformation of the organisation to ensure that the short, medium and long-term goals of the Strategic Plan are achieved. This involves a collaborative approach and leadership to organisational, cultural and structural change, driving customer satisfaction, production management, service innovation, sustainability, operational efficiencies, and driving the sales and marketing approach.
The ability to lead and grow an already established team in a growing and successful business are highly regarded traits as is the ability to understand a complex and sometimes challenging environment. You will not only seek out new distribution channels but also capitalise on an already successful business and delivery method.
A background in sales and marketing on both a Business to Business and Business to Consumer level would be highly regarded as is an enviable track record in success.
Your Sales experience will be highly regarded almost as much as your ability to manage and grow a highly successful team.
You scope is to provide direct support to the team on all matters, from identifying new markets and opportunities, to providing innovative marketing and Sales ideas and promotions.
Who are you:
· Extensive experience managing a national team
· In-depth Experience in Business to Consumer and Business to Business sales
· Proven track record of outstanding performance in a previous complex organisation.
· Proven track record of managing change and growth
· Demonstrated experience of ethical leadership.
· Outstanding verbal and written skills, and experience working with staff on all levels.
· Ability to deliver business projections three years into the future.
Highly regarded traits:
- Experience across Automotive sales and OEM
- Experience in the growing Green Technologies space.
- Experiance in Electricity distribution and sales
