About Aligned AI
Most organizations that want to deploy AI across their business cannot afford to. Frontier-class capability is priced for pilots, not for production, and the vendors selling it retain the data and the intelligence that use generates. Aligned AI exists to change both of those facts.
We deliver frontier-class AI at a fraction of the cost. Our orchestration architecture analyzes every request, identifies the capabilities it requires, selects the models best suited to the work, and determines whether they should run independently, sequentially, or together. It evaluates and verifies their outputs before returning a final response. Applying the right intelligence and the right level of compute to each task is what produces frontier-class results at economics that make company-wide deployment practical.
- Frontier-class capability. Performance among the world's leading AI systems across reasoning, research, coding, factual accuracy, instruction following, and reliability, measured across more than 40 public and proprietary benchmarks.
- Economics that scale. Comparable performance at a fraction of the inference cost, which puts AI within reach of teams and workflows that were previously priced out.
- Sovereign by design. Customers own their data and the intelligence it produces. We never train on it. Infrastructure is US-hosted, with private deployment and customer-controlled environments available.
- Continuously improving. The system adopts stronger models as they emerge, so customers gain capability without re-architecting around a new provider.
We currently develop three products: a consumer application for individuals and households who want a capable assistant that respects their privacy, an API for developers and software teams embedding AI into applications and workflows, and custom deployments for organizations that need private environments, enterprise integrations, and purpose-built solutions.
About the team
We are an early team based in Lehi, Utah, building both the orchestration platform and the business around it. Go-to-market today is run by the founders. You would be the first dedicated hire for the function, working directly with the CEO and alongside engineering, product, and the people closest to our customers.
About the role
We are looking for a GTM Lead to build and run Aligned AI's go-to-market function across all three of the audiences we serve: individuals and households adopting the consumer application, developers and software teams building on our API, and organizations deploying AI across their business.
You will own positioning, demand generation, and the systems that support them, with direct accountability for pipeline, adoption, and revenue. This is a founding hire for the function.
In this role, you will
- Define target audiences and segments across consumer, developer, and enterprise, and articulate what each needs to understand before adopting Aligned AI
- Develop positioning and messaging for all three products, and maintain consistency across every channel
- Recommend where to concentrate effort and spend across the three motions, which differ substantially in cycle length, cost of acquisition, and revenue profile
- Build and run demand generation across content, search, email, partnerships, community, events, and paid acquisition
- Establish the go-to-market operating system: campaign calendar, experiment backlog, partner pipeline, and performance reporting
- Translate product capability, benchmark results, and customer outcomes into materials that advance the sales motion
- Improve conversion across the funnel, from first visit through qualified conversation to signed customer
- Measure results rigorously and concentrate spend behind what demonstrably works
- Bring market signal back into the company so that pricing, packaging, and roadmap reflect what buyers actually need
What success looks like
- Qualified pipeline grows from a repeatable, measurable source rather than founder network and inbound chance
- Positioning is clear enough that a consumer, a developer, and an enterprise buyer each understand what we do and why it matters after one page
- A defensible point of view exists on where the company should concentrate across consumer, developer, and enterprise, supported by evidence
- A go-to-market operating rhythm exists that the next five hires can execute against
- Campaign and channel decisions are made against data, and unproductive spend is retired quickly
- Product and pricing decisions improve because the market signal reaching the founders is sharper
You may be a good fit if you have
- 8+ years in go-to-market, growth, product marketing, or demand generation, including time at an early-stage technical or developer-focused company
- A track record of measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes, with specifics you can speak to in depth
- Strong writing and messaging, with a talent for making technical products understandable
- Fluency with funnel metrics, attribution, and experimentation, and comfort being accountable to numbers
- Enough technical depth to hold a substantive conversation with developers and enterprise buyers
- A record of building demand with limited headcount and no established playbook
Strong candidates may also have
- Experience marketing developer tools, APIs, or AI infrastructure
- Experience running both a consumer acquisition motion and a sales-led enterprise motion
- Experience supporting an enterprise sales motion with content, campaigns, and sales enablement
- Experience with subscription pricing, trials, and consumer conversion
- Experience with partnerships, community, or creator-led distribution
- Prior experience as a first go-to-market hire
