Role Purpose
We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to provide first-class support to our sales teams and partner network. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in sales administration, experience managing customer and partner relationships, and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. We are pleased to offer this role as permanent opportunity, based at our offices in South Cerney. This role is hybrid with 3 days working in office and 2 days working from home.
Duties & Responsibilities
- To manage the quoting and sales order processes from receipt of PO from customer through to Supply Chain Team including quality checks and error resolution
- Daily customer back order and invoice reporting
- Assist with managing the RMA process
- Ensure the CRM system is used and updated
- In-depth understanding of systems and processes
- To assist with basic level quotations and queries
- To have a strong working relationship with account management, supply chain and renewals functions
General Skills
- Professional and effective communication skills
- High regard for customer service along with priority management and the ability to multitask
- Numerate with good attention to detail
- Proficient in MS applications including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Good relationship building skills
- Previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
- A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential
- Calm under pressure
