About Us
Skill Enable Edutech Private Limited is the company behind Academy of Vedic Vidya, a leading platform for courses in Vedic sciences.
We are now building our D2C brand, Treasure of Veda — offering authentic Rudraksha, crystals, bracelets, gemstones and other carefully curated spiritual and Vedic products.
Treasure of Veda is at an exciting stage of growth, and we are looking for a highly entrepreneurial, hands-on individual who can work closely with the founders to help build and scale the business.
The Role
We are looking for a D2C Business Operations Manager – Founder’s Office who understands what it takes to build a D2C brand from the ground up.
This is not a narrow operations role.
You will work directly with the founders and have visibility across almost every aspect of the business — procurement, inventory, supply chain, fulfilment, dispatch, vendors, customer experience, marketplaces, technology, reporting and business processes.
While we already have dedicated people working on sales and marketing, you will also collaborate closely with them and help ensure that the entire D2C engine runs smoothly.
In simple terms: we’re looking for an all-rounder who can help the founders run and scale Treasure of Veda.
What You’ll Own
* End-to-end D2C business operations
* Procurement, sourcing and vendor coordination
* Inventory planning and stock management
* Warehousing, packaging, fulfilment and dispatch operations
* Logistics and courier partner management
* COD, RTO, returns, replacements and delivery-related processes
* Product catalogue and SKU management
* Coordination with website, marketplace and technology partners
* Order management and operational troubleshooting
* Customer experience processes and coordination with support teams
* Marketplace operations where applicable
* Creating SOPs, dashboards and systems as the business scales
* Tracking operational KPIs, costs, margins and efficiencies
* Coordinating across sales, marketing, finance, customer support and operations
* Supporting founders with new initiatives, product launches and growth projects
* Identifying bottlenecks and taking ownership of solving them
Who We’re Looking For
You may be a great fit if you:
* Have 3–5+ years of experience working with a D2C/e-commerce brand
* Have seen a D2C business being built or scaled and understand what happens behind the scenes
* Have hands-on exposure to logistics, supply chain, inventory, fulfilment and e-commerce operations
* Understand metrics such as AOV, gross margin, CAC, conversion, COD %, RTO %, inventory turns and contribution margin
* Are comfortable working with data, Excel/Google Sheets and dashboards
* Can coordinate multiple vendors, teams and priorities simultaneously
* Are extremely organised but equally comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
* Don’t wait for someone to give you a detailed SOP — you’re comfortable creating the SOP
* Have a strong bias towards execution and problem-solving
* Are comfortable working directly with founders and taking significant ownership
We’d Especially Value Someone Who Has…
Worked at an early-stage or rapidly growing D2C brand and experienced the messy reality of scaling it — increasing order volumes, inventory problems, courier issues, vendor negotiations, new SKUs, customer escalations, RTOs, marketplace operations and constantly improving processes.
We care less about someone coming from a large organisation with a very narrow role and more about someone who has actually helped build and operate a D2C business.

You won’t be responsible for one small function.
You’ll get exposure to the entire D2C business and have the opportunity to build systems, solve problems and take increasing ownership as the brand scales.
For the right person, this role can evolve into a much larger leadership position within Treasure of Veda.
