Hyderabad | 6–7 Years Experience | Healthcare / Healthcare Services Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Business Operations to work closely with the leadership team and take ownership of key business priorities across Medijourn.
This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role for someone who can operate across functions, manage stakeholders, drive execution and ensure that important priorities move from discussion to closure.
You will work closely across Business Development, Operations, Finance, Team Management and Legal, while also managing relationships with hospitals, healthcare partners, channel partners and other external stakeholders.
What You Will Own
- Drive key business and operational priorities in close coordination with leadership.
- Work across teams to ensure priorities, action items and commitments are executed on time.
- Track business performance, partner activity, revenue and key operational metrics.
- Manage relationships with key hospital units, partners and external stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important escalations.
- Drive closure of partner-related matters including onboarding, documentation, contracts, payments, referrals and operational requirements.
- Coordinate with Finance on invoicing, collections, reconciliations, partner payouts and commercial matters.
- Work closely with managers and team leads to drive accountability, responsiveness and execution.
- Coordinate with Legal on agreements, renewals, documentation and contractual requirements.
- Identify operational gaps, risks and bottlenecks and drive them towards resolution.
- Own timely data collection, analysis and inputs required for MIS, business reviews and leadership updates.
- Ensure leadership has clear visibility on what is happening, what is pending, what is at risk and where intervention is required.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
- Has 6-7 years of experience in business operations, strategy, program management, healthcare operations, partnerships or a similar role.
- Has strong ownership and follow-through, someone who gets things closed rather than simply follows up.
- Can work independently and make sound decisions within their scope.
- Is comfortable working across multiple functions and managing competing priorities.
- Can confidently interact with senior internal and external stakeholders.
- Is comfortable handling escalations and difficult conversations.
- Has strong business understanding and can work comfortably with numbers, MIS and performance data.
- Can challenge teams professionally and drive accountability.
- Is highly organised, proactive and solution-oriented.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Can identify what needs leadership intervention and what can be independently resolved.
- Experience in healthcare, hospitals, international patient services or healthcare partnerships will be an advantage.
Why This Role?
This is not a role limited to one function.
You will work closely with leadership and get exposure to operations, finance, people, legal, partner management and strategic initiatives.
The right person will become a key part of how we drive execution and scale the business.
If you are someone who takes ownership, thinks beyond your function, manages stakeholders confidently and enjoys solving problems rather than simply reporting them, we would like to hear from you.
