Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a CFO and Business Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $120,000 to $150,000 per year.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead financial operations including accounting payroll cash management and financial reporting activities.
- Develop budgets forecasts and financial plans that support organizational goals and operational performance.
- Oversee compliance related functions including tax reporting insurance programs and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial results and operational data to provide recommendations that support business decisions.
- Manage and develop accounting and finance staff while promoting strong performance and accountability.
Requirements
- Bring extensive experience in accounting finance and business management within a project based or construction environment.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of job costing cash flow forecasting financial reporting and operational accounting practices.
- Possess experience managing payroll compliance activities and employee benefit administration.
- Maintain the ability to operate independently while balancing strategic leadership and hands on responsibilities.
- Demonstrate experience overseeing accounting systems implementations software evaluations or process improvements.

- Apply strong business acumen and financial leadership skills to support organizational growth and profitability.
- Communicate effectively with executives employees external partners and other key stakeholders.
- Manage multiple priorities successfully while maintaining accuracy in a fast paced environment.
