Job Description
As the first GTM hire at Calibre, you will own the end-to-end commercial engine for our AI-native ISO certification platform. You'll lead customer discovery, define positioning, and establish a repeatable sales motion. Working directly with Palantir-alumni founders, you will transform early traction into a scalable growth machine in the compliance sector.

What You Will Do
- Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), buying triggers, and pricing strategy for the launch of the ISO/IEC 27001 offering.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold calls to closing initial customers and building a qualified demand pipeline.
- Develop and test growth channels across VC portfolios, accelerators, and founder communities to establish a repeatable, data-driven commercial machine.
The ideal candidate
- Proven experience building a GTM motion or revenue engine from zero as a founder, commercial generalist, or early GTM hire.
- Genuinely AI-native professional who utilizes agents and automation tools to enhance prospecting, research, content creation, and operational efficiency.
- Commercially rigorous builder who thrives in a high-velocity, 5-day-per-week in-person London office environment and prioritizes evidence over assumptions.
