Sales Operations Manager
📍 Kingston-Upon-Thames | 💷 up to £60'000
We're working with an established B2B rectech business who are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to bring order, momentum and commercial polish to their growing partnerships function.
This isn't a BD role, and it isn't classic sales ops. It's the person who makes partnerships actually run - turning long-term partner calendars, campaigns and commercial activity into something structured, on-time, and properly tracked. If you're the person your team relies on to keep multiple moving parts on track without anything getting dropped, this is built around you.
As the Sales Operations Manager, you'll sit close to senior leadership from day one, working directly with the partnerships lead on live, high-visibility partner relationships. It's a role with genuine start-to-finish ownership - you'll be trusted to run with problems, not wait to be told how.
Why this role, why now?
The business's partnership function is scaling fast - three key partnerships already generating 18-month rolling task lists, from webinar programmes to media-buying tracking to monthly reporting. They need someone to own the operational engine behind these relationships so the commercial side can focus on growth, not admin.
What you'll own as the Sales Operations Manager:
- End-to-end coordination of partner programmes - webinars, campaigns, and ongoing initiatives, tracked from planning through to delivery
- Media buying and referral tracking - keeping on top of what's owed, to whom, and when
- Monthly reporting and spreadsheet management that keeps partnerships accountable and visible
- Day-to-day operational relationship with commercial partners - confident, professional, front-facing
- Research and process work that keeps partnerships sharp and proactive, not reactive
What you need to be successful as the Sales Operations Manager:
- 5+years' experience in an operations-focused role - project coordination, digital account management, pmo or sales ops background all lean well.
- Commercial and marketing awareness - comfortable writing copy, understanding a sales process, or helping run a webinar
- Confident using Excel (lookups, pivot tables) and comfortable with AI tools in your workflow
- Customer-facing confidence - you'll be a regular point of contact for commercial partners
- Previous Recruitment or staffing industry experience is a strong plus, but not essential
