Graduate Business Operations Analyst

The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Business Operations Analyst to join a rapidly growing financial technology business.
Working closely with teams across Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance, HR, Engineering and Security, you will contribute to a variety of operational initiatives and projects. These will include supporting international expansion, developing new distribution channels, improving internal processes and helping the business maintain robust operational controls.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised and ambitious graduate who wants to develop their career within financial technology and gain experience across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of day-to-day business operations processes and activities.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures and controls to support the effective running and growth of the business.
- Support external audits and certification processes.
- Work with internal security teams to ensure appropriate access controls are maintained.
- Support customer onboarding and due diligence processes.
- Coordinate procurement activities for new employees, working alongside HR, hiring managers and IT.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Contribute to operational projects supporting international expansion and business growth.
- Help develop operational KPIs and reporting metrics to improve visibility and decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with teams across the business to deliver strategic initiatives.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- A relevant degree or equivalent qualification.
- Highly motivated, proactive and keen to take on new challenges.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, with the confidence to work with stakeholders at different levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new systems and workplace technologies quickly.
- A genuine interest in financial technology, financial services and capital markets.
