The client Monetization Strategy & Operations team is looking for a Monetization Strategy & Operations Manager to help accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market operations across our client Marketing Solutions (LMS) business. This individual will work closely with leaders in our sales, deal desk, revenue and finance organizations to evolve and craft commercial offers and partnership agreements, steer them through successful deployment, and establish the right measurement and tracking to assess their impact.

Responsibilities:
Serve as a monetization strategy expert for our client Marketing Solutions (LMS) business.
Enable the team to drive more deals, often liaising with all organizations involved in the agreement process to find strategic & operational improvements (finance, legal, order management, incentive owners, etc.)
Serve as a trusted advisor to the deal team on pricing, systems configuration, deal strategy, and business matters
Ensure the success of new pricing programs by structuring offers, collecting feedback, and making improvements to the pricing processes
Drive iterative process innovation to accelerate growth and improve operational efficiency
Basic Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree
• 2+ years’ experience in Pricing, Deal desk, Business Analytics, Business Operations, Finance or similar experience in an analytical role
• 2+ years’ experience in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP - Intermediate)
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in PowerPoint
Experience structuring, negotiating, and closing deals in advertising space
Demonstrated communication skills, including experience in effectively communicating with senior management
Ability to inspire and influence cross-functional partners toward team objectives
Prior experience with SQL and Tableau
Prior experience with Salesforce.
