Role Pitch As the Director, Sales Operations you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our sales teams. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our sales processes, enhancing our go-to-market strategy and maximizing revenue generation in support of CloudPay’s significant growth ambitions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales operations, forecasting, sales training, systems and revenue analytics.
This role is crucial for ensuring that our sales teams are equipped with the strategies, insights, and resources needed to achieve and exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong analytical background and extensive experience in Sales Operations in the context of a rapidly growing global enterprise. We are seeking a leader who is highly collaborative and can work across multiple functions to drive the best outcomes for our entire commercial organisation.
Key Responsibilities Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement strategic sales operations plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Oversee and optimise the the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
- Implement best practices for pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance metrics.
- Optimise sales systems and tools – including our CRM - to streamline processes and enhance productivity and ensure data integrity across all sales platforms.
- Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to empower the sales team with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. In particular, ensuring our deal management methodology is fully embedded in our organisation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, technology and finance teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Description Attributes and Experience Required:
- Demonstrable success in Sales Operations in a high-growth, global environment
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales tools, with a keen interest in the evolution of B2B sales tools which may accelerate our progress
- Experience with MEDDPICC an advantage
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Experience in Payroll or HCM environments an advantage
