Our company thrives in student housing and hospitality, with locations campus wide. In 2025, we expanded in the hospitality sector by adding a luxury boutique hotel, POSH on Kirkwood, to our portfolio.

-Large Real Estate Development / Property Management / Hotel Company
-10+ years experience with GL, A/P, A/R, J/E, bank reconciliations, RE Taxes, quarterly reports, pro-formas, sources & uses, budgeting, cash demands forecast, human resource matters, financing matters, & other financial duties.
-CPA, public accounting, and experience with Appfolio software a plus.
