Chief Financial Officer
Cedarview Management is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to oversee day-to-day
accounting and support the financial operations of our privately held real estate development,
property management and luxury hotel services. Our company thrives in student housing, retail, and
hospitality with locations campus wide. In 2025, we expanded in the hospitality sector by adding a
luxury boutique hotel, POSH on Kirkwood, to our portfolio. This is a hands-on role, working closely
with ownership across multiple entities. This opportunity is an IN-PERSON POSITION IN
BLOOMINGTON, INDIANA. Candidates must currently reside in the Bloomington area or be willing to
relocate. This is not a remote position.
Profile
-Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
-Kelley School of Business graduates encouraged to apply
-5–10+ years of accounting experience
-Strong knowledge of AP, AR, General Ledger, Reconciliations, and Financial Reporting
-Experience with privately held companies
-CPA firm/public accounting experience or CPA designation is a plus
-Strong Excel and accounting software skills
Responsibilities
-Oversee AP and AR
-Maintain General Ledger and perform account reconciliations
-Prepare and review monthly/annual financial statements
-Monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, and payables
-Financial analysis
-Maintain accurate records across multiple properties and entities
-Coordinate with CPAs, banks, lenders, and other financial partners
-Support year-end close, tax preparation, and audits
-Improve accounting processes, reporting, and internal controls
-Provide financial insight to ownership for business and real estate decisions
Compensation / Benefits
-Salary Range: $112,500 - $165,000
