Position Overview
We are seeking a commercially minded and resilient Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to serve as the strategic financial leader for a rapidly expanding global ecosystem. In this high-visibility seat, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting, treasury, planning, reporting, and operational finance functions across a multi-faceted portfolio spanning digital media networks, high volume subscriptions, advisory services, international events and nutritional products.

This position is office-based and reports to the CEO and works with all leaders in the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting Management & Standardization
- Multi-Entity Oversight: Standardize, streamline, and manage day-to-day accounting operations across all distinct entities—ranging from high-volume digital media units and global membership groups to physical product supply chains.
- Leadership & Oversight: Supervise, mentor, and elevate the accounting team to ensure operational accountability and flawless execution across all business lines.
- Cash Flow & Forecasting: Own multi-entity cash flow projections and rolling forecasts to secure global liquidity and drive smart capital allocation.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.
- GAAP & Internal Controls: Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Compliance & Partner Disbursements: Establish mechanisms to track, audit, and report financial metrics required for structured corporate commitments, global legal compliance, and revenue-share/partner protocols.
- Audit & International Tax Leadership: Drive corporate tax strategy across multi-tiered domestic and international structures, serving as the lead executive for comprehensive internal and external audits.
2. Inventory, Supply Chain, & Subscription Economics
- Physical Product Lifecycles: Oversee the complete financial lifecycle, cost accounting, and international supply chain logistics for physical products
- High-Volume Subscription Finance: Monitor, analyze, and optimize recurring revenue metrics
- Global Treasury & Merchant Optimization: Optimize direct-to-consumer (D2C) payment gateways (e.g., Stripe) across high-volume digital traffic to manage rolling cash flows, optimize reserves, and mitigate chargeback risks.
3. Treasury, Capital Allocation, & M&A
- Capital Preservation: Cultivate and manage domestic and international banking relationships to maximize liquidity and manage multi-currency rolling cash flows across all global corporate entities. Optimize working capital, cash flow forecasting, and liquidity management
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Evaluate, financially model, and execute strategic M&A opportunities, asset integrations, and corporate partnerships to accelerate ecosystem growth as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 10+ years of finance/accounting leadership with 3 years as senior manager and multi-entity business experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. An active CPA designation and/or MBA is highly preferred.
- Core Competencies: Verifiable success standardizing multi-entity accounting operations, navigating strict compliance/regulatory landscapes, and scaling physical inventory controls.
- Systems & Efficiency: Highly comfortable operating with a lean headcount by leveraging automation and modern SaaS tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Shopify, Stripe, Gusto) to optimize workflows.
- Key Attributes: High emotional intelligence, absolute discretion, and an unshakeable, thrive-under-pressure mindset tailored to working closely with high-visibility public figure. Must possess a deep passion for financial strategy and operational excellence.
