The VP, GTM turns product value into revenue; owning the strategy and execution that connects product value to revenue outcomes across every route to market — direct, channel, and existing customers. The role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, sales, and customer success, aligning those teams around one commercial motion and one set of targets.
The role is Product's primary commercial GTM partner. Upstream, they feed win-loss insight, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback into roadmap priorities. Downstream, they turn shipped product into pipeline — owning packaging, positioning, and launch readiness so new features convert into adoption and revenue.
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the VP, GTM shapes company-wide commercial strategy, not just marketing execution — and as one of two VP-level roles in Marketing, also sits on the Marketing Leadership Team.

Ideal Candidate
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS or tech marketing, with progression through product marketing or GTM strategy roles
- Experience spanning at least two of: product marketing, channel/partner marketing, customer marketing
- Track record partnering directly with Sales and Product leadership, not just Marketing peers
- Comfortable with pricing/packaging work and pipeline-level metrics, not just brand/awareness metrics
