LHH (Atlanta) is working with a highly established, international company in the technology and manufacturing space on a search for a Chief Financial Officer. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity with a complex global business that operates across the U.S., Canada, Asia, Australia, and Europe.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's global finance organization, including Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Contracts, and Compliance
- Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, executive leadership team, Board, and ownership group
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial analysis, and management reporting
- Provide financial and operational insight to support growth, profitability, capital allocation, and strategic decision-making
- Oversee accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and external audit relationships
- Lead global treasury, liquidity planning, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and working capital initiatives
- Provide financial leadership across domestic and international entities
- Oversee multi-entity, multi-currency, intercompany, and international financial operations
- Partner closely with business leaders to improve margins, project economics, profitability, and financial visibility
- Drive continued improvements in financial systems, reporting, automation, and processes
Requirements
- Significant experience as a CFO, Divisional CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance leader within a complex organization
- Strong experience working within an international/global business
- Experience overseeing multiple financial functions beyond Accounting, including FP&A and Treasury
- Background within a business involving some combination of technology, software/SaaS, manufacturing, hardware, engineered products, or project-based operations
- Strong understanding of complex revenue models and operational finance
- Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency environments
- Demonstrated success improving financial processes, systems, reporting, and controls
- Strong business-partnering skills with the ability to work closely with operational and commercial leadership
- Comfortable working in a privately held, sponsor-backed, or institutionally owned environment
- Highly hands-on leadership style with the ability to move between strategic discussions and detailed financial issues
- Must live in Atlanta or be willing to relocate
