Kimberly Casey with Robert Half is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (on-site) for a well-established, privately held manufacturing organization in the greater Eugene, OR area.
This highly visible CFO leadership role offers the opportunity to work closely with executive leadership while helping guide a complex organization through ongoing strategic initiatives and organizational evolution.
With revenues approximately $250M+, 800+ employees, multiple operating locations, and multiple business entities, this role offers the opportunity to influence company strategy, drive operational improvements, modernize systems and processes, and help position the organization for long-term success. Leadership responsibility over a large team of Accounting, Finance and IT staff.
This is not a maintenance CFO role. The organization is looking for an engaged business partner who can balance strategic leadership with operational involvement. The incoming CFO will play a key role in various initiatives, organizational optimization, process improvement, and executive decision-making.
We are seeking a finance executive who brings a combination of strategic thinking, operational leadership, and relationship-building skills.
Qualifications include:
- CPA required
- MBA a plus
- Senior finance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment required
- Experience working within privately held organizations required
- Multi-entity and multi-location organizational experience required
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, banking relationships, and strategic financial planning
- Experience leading ERP implementations or business process transformation initiatives
- Ability to influence and collaborate across operations, finance, and executive leadership
- Demonstrated success developing teams and future leaders
