We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong CPQ implementation experience, preferably with Tacton CPQ and Salesforce. The Project Manager will lead end-to-end CPQ implementation, integration, enhancement, and transformation initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, solution architects, developers, QA teams, and external vendors.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) projects, strong knowledge of Tacton CPQ, and experience integrating CPQ solutions with Salesforce CRM.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CPQ implementation and transformation projects from requirements through deployment and production support.
- Manage Tacton CPQ implementation, configuration, customization, and integration activities.
- Coordinate integration between Tacton CPQ and Salesforce CRM.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand product configuration, pricing, quoting, discounting, and sales processes.
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, and status reports.
- Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Salesforce, Tacton, CPQ, integration, QA, business analysts, and developers.
- Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Manage requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
- Ensure CPQ business rules accurately support complex product configurations and pricing models.
- Oversee integration with Salesforce objects, workflows, APIs, and downstream systems.
- Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Track project progress and communicate status, risks, and dependencies to leadership.
- Coordinate UAT and ensure business acceptance before production deployment.
- Manage release planning, cutover activities, go-live, and hypercare.
- Work with vendors and implementation partners to ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
- Drive continuous improvement of CPQ processes and sales operations.
