I’m partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization in Salt Lake City, Utah to identify an exceptional Chief Financial Officer who is ready to help shape the organization’s financial future, growth strategy, and long-term sustainability.
This is a high-impact executive leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.

The CFO will play a critical role in organizational strategy and growth, partnering with executive leadership and governing bodies on:
🔹 Long-term financial strategy and 3–5 year planning
🔹 Scenario planning and capital allocation
🔹 Revenue cycle and financial performance
🔹 Financial analytics and predictive forecasting
🔹 Risk management, compliance, and internal controls
🔹 Building a high-performing finance organization
🔹 Identifying innovative funding and partnership opportunities
🔹 Collaborating with tribal leadership, government agencies, healthcare partners, and community stakeholders
This is an opportunity to influence the direction of an organization and directly contribute to improving healthcare access for underserved communities.
🎯 We’re Looking For
A strategic healthcare finance executive with:
• 10+ years of progressive healthcare financial leadership
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience
• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong expertise in financial strategy, forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation
• Experience leading complex financial operations and compliance
• Exceptional executive communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred: Experience with 638 programs, IHS funding/reporting, Tribal healthcare, FQHCs and/or grants. CPA, CHFP, or CMA certification is also valued.
