Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – U.S. Operations

We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead the U.S. financial operations of an India-headquartered Tech/ICT company with multiple entities across the U.S. and India. The ideal candidate will bring strong cross-border finance expertise, multi-entity financial management, and significant experience with M&A, investments, and strategic transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting across U.S. entities.
- Partner closely with corporate finance and executive leadership teams in both the U.S. and India.
- Manage multi-entity accounting, consolidation, intercompany transactions, financial controls, and governance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. accounting, tax, regulatory, and reporting requirements.
- Oversee U.S.–India cross-border financial, accounting, and corporate matters.
- Lead and support M&A, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, due diligence, valuation, deal structuring, and integration.
- Advise leadership on growth strategy, capital allocation, financial risks, and major business decisions.
- Support expansion initiatives and the financial structuring of new businesses and entities.
- Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, banks, legal counsel, and other financial partners.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Previous CFO, VP Finance, Finance Director, Controller, or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of U.S. and India finance, accounting, taxation, regulatory, and corporate environments.
- Experience managing multiple subsidiaries, legal entities, and cross-border operations.
- Proven experience with M&A, acquisitions, investments, and strategic transactions.
- Experience in technology, IT services, SaaS, digital infrastructure, or related industries preferred.
- CPA, CA, CMA, MBA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, strategic, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
