Job Title: Sales Operations Manager
Location: Shoreditch/Maidenhead (Reading) (Hybrid 2-3 days per week)
Duration: 12 months contract initially
Maximum Budget: £50k-£60k per annum + paid holidays + pension
In brief, the Sales Operations Manager supports the Senior Sales leadership in getting results & insights for client’s newly created Mid-Market Sales team.
Duties:
Own the operating cadence for the sales team, including the bi-weekly outlook/forecasting process to predict sales performance against quota
Establish an efficient pipeline management process for better visibility and accountability.
Update weekly performance slides for senior leadership in a timely manner, providing valuable insights
Build SFDC dashboards to track and analyze key sales metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and successfully implement process improvements.
Generate reports and provide analysis to support data-driven decision making
Identify areas of opportunity and implement strategies to drive sales growth
In additional, you will work with the wider team to:
Support sales leadership with updating their Quarterly Business Review (QBR) slides, providing performance data and insights to drive action
Provide end of quarter commission reconciliation
Diverse ad-hoc projects that require analytical and critical thinking as well as attention to detail
Support the fiscal year planning process with market segmentation and customer analytics, providing valuable recommendations
Map sales processes and provide sales process training as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales operations, 3-5 years minimum
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Must be self-managed, adaptable and able to work in a virtual team environment
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data and storytelling is highly beneficial
Strong proficiency in Salesforce.com (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. A general understanding of Tableau / Power BI is beneficial
