Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our organization’s financial planning, management, and reporting functions. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s financial strategy, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and driving sustainable growth. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to foster growth and stability.
- Oversee all aspects of financial management including budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and expense control.
- Lead the preparation of accurate financial reports, interpret financial statements, and communicate insights to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements such as GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), IAS (International Accounting Standards), ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission), and other relevant frameworks.
- Manage treasury functions including cash flow management, risk analysis, banking relationships, and investment strategies.
- Supervise accounting teams responsible for corporate accounting, governmental accounting, non-profit accounting, cost accounting, tax accounting, and supply chain finance.
- Lead risk management initiatives by conducting risk analysis and implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard organizational assets.
- Drive mergers & acquisitions activities by evaluating potential opportunities, performing due diligence, and integrating new entities seamlessly into existing operations.
- Develop financial projection models to support strategic planning, business development efforts, fundraising initiatives, and industry market analysis.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls such as SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance and promote a culture of fiscal responsibility across all departments.
- Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives including business analysis, market expansion, cost control measures, and revenue cycle management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles such as Finance Director or CFO within complex organizations or industries requiring sophisticated financial concepts.
- Extensive background in accounting systems implementation and management of financial software platforms.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, IAS standards along with ASC 606 for revenue recognition and COSO internal control frameworks.
- Demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, forecasting analysis, budget development, and cost management strategies.
- Experience managing finance teams with supervisory responsibilities across multiple functions including payroll management and expense oversight.
- In-depth understanding of industry-specific regulations related to governmental accounting or non-profit accounting where applicable.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, strategic planning, business development support, fundraising for organizational growth projects.
- Ability to interpret complex financial reports accurately while providing clear insights for decision-making at executive levels.
- Excellent leadership qualities with a track record of managing cross-functional teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a high level of financial acumen necessary for risk assessment and market analysis tasks.

Pay: $114,055.38 - $137,357.02 per year
