Head of US GTM – New York (Hybrid) - $200-250k + Equity
Plexus is working with an independent Ethereum block-builder, currently responsible for ~10% of blocks generated on the Ethereum network.
Their DeFi security platform also monitors onchain activity, highlighting potential threats, automating exit positions pre-impact, and predicting onchain activity via simulated, real-time responses.
Now expanding into institutional DeFi with an offering of security and infra services, they are looking for a Head of US GTM to lead the expansion. Details as follows:
Responsibilities
- Lead the US function from 0-1, launching the brand, product adoption and institutional sales/partnerships from ground 0 (NYC)
- Manage and maintain existing relationships with US-based partners, whilst scouting, targeting and growing a new US-focused institutional customer base
- Own GTM, Growth, Sales and Business Development for the entire North American economic area, refining product, brand positioning and defining the USP for the business’ entry into the US market.
Requirements
- Must be from a DeFi or Onchain-Infra native GTM, Sales or Business Development background, with at least 3 years closing deals and establishing high-growth partnerships with onchain teams
- Existing network of relationships, partners and colleagues across onchain crypto funds, market makers, trading firms, exchanges, custodians, asset managers and other institutional-focused businesses in the digital assets space
- Strong technical fluency across DeFi and onchain infrastructure products, blockchain security, smart-contract and Ethereum-specific infrastructure

This position is only available for candidates based in and around NYC, able to commute into Manhattan 3-5 days a week.
