We are looking for a commercially minded finance leader to drive financial strategy, profitability, controls and business performance for a manufacturing business.The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the CEO USA and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and performance management
- Drive pricing, margin discipline, product/customer profitability and cost optimisation
- Oversee manufacturing costing, procurement economics and vendor negotiations
- Lead treasury, working capital, banking relationships and financing
- Drive fundraising, capital allocation and investment evaluation
- Ensure robust financial reporting, US GAAP compliance, controls, audit and tax governance
- Provide independent financial oversight and strategic partnership to the Business Head and leadership team
- Build and develop a high-performing local finance organisation
Ideal Profile
- CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification
- 25+ years of relevant finance experience, with 12+ years in senior finance leadership roles
- Strong experience in manufacturing or process industries; flexible packaging experience preferred
- Deep expertise across FP&A, costing, pricing, margin management and financial modelling
- Proven track record in cost optimisation, vendor negotiations, treasury and corporate finance
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax, controls, reporting and compliance
- Excellent leadership, commercial judgement and stakeholder-management skills
