iRemedy Healthcare Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead the company’s finance organization through its next stage of growth and transition to public-company operations.
This role requires a senior finance executive with meaningful public-company experience and hands-on experience taking a company public. Direct-listing experience is strongly preferred.
The CFO will partner closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, legal counsel, auditors, capital markets advisors, and other external partners to strengthen public-company readiness, financial reporting, governance, controls, and capital markets capabilities.

We are now entering our next chapter: scaling a fast-growing commercial business while building the reporting discipline, controls, and financial infrastructure of a public company. The CFO we hire will own that build.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s finance, accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, and reporting functions.
- Drive public-company readiness across financial reporting, internal controls, governance, systems, policies, and processes.
- Oversee SEC reporting and registration-related financial requirements, including experience with Form S-1 and ongoing public-company filings.
- Work closely with SEC counsel, PCAOB auditors, the Board, and Audit Committee on financial reporting, technical accounting, governance, and compliance matters.
- Lead SOX readiness, disclosure controls, and internal controls over financial reporting.
- Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP and applicable SEC requirements.
- Oversee complex accounting matters including equity transactions, stock-based compensation, debt and convertible instruments, acquisitions, and other significant transactions.
- Support capital-raising activities, investor diligence, financial modeling, and capital structure planning.
- Serve as a senior financial representative with investors, lenders, advisors, and other capital markets participants.
- Partner with executive leadership and the Board on strategic planning, growth initiatives, acquisitions, liquidity, and capital allocation.
- Build and develop a finance organization capable of supporting a growing public company.
Required Experience
- Significant senior financial leadership experience, ideally as a CFO, Chief Accounting Officer, VP of Finance, or comparable executive.
- Prior public-company experience.
- Hands-on experience taking a company public.
- Strong working knowledge of SEC reporting and public-company financial reporting requirements.
- Experience with SEC registration statements, including Form S-1.
- Experience working with PCAOB auditors.
- Strong understanding of SOX compliance, internal controls, disclosure controls, and public-company governance.
- Experience working directly with Boards of Directors and Audit Committees.
- Capital markets, financing, and investor-relations experience.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge under U.S. GAAP.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
Preferred Experience
- Direct-listing experience, particularly on Nasdaq or another major U.S. exchange.
- Experience serving as a senior finance executive before, during, and after a company’s transition to the public markets.
- Healthcare, healthcare technology, medical products, distribution, or related industry experience.
- M&A and post-acquisition integration experience.
- Experience building or upgrading a finance and accounting organization for public-company readiness.
- CPA and/or advanced degree in accounting, finance, or business.
