Sales Operations Manager | AFCO Industries | Alexandria, LA
AFCO Industries, a leading aluminum extrusion and fabrication manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Alexandria, LA.
In this role, you'll partner closely with our VP of Sales & Marketing to streamline sales processes, manage CRM/ERP data integrity, and support the customer service function as we continue to grow. This is a great opportunity for an up-and-comer with strong operational instincts and a head for numbers who's ready to take on more ownership.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5–7 years of relevant experience
- Strong background with ERP/CRM systems
- Customer service management experience
- Comfortable working with data and numbers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
