SkillsNCR | Sector 48, Gurugram | Full-time, Office-based
SkillsNCR is looking for its first full-time hire — an energetic early-career generalist who wants to work closely with the founder and help build an early-stage business.
This is not a narrowly defined marketing, HR or operations role. You will work across whatever helps move the business forward.
What You’ll Work On
- Business development, lead generation and follow-ups
- Speaking with parents, students, partners and vendors
- Researching schools, colleges, societies and partnership opportunities
- Hiring coordination — sourcing candidates, screening and scheduling interviews
- Office and day-to-day business operations
- Organising meetings, workshops and local events
- Maintaining leads, recruitment and action trackers
- Market and competitor research
- Supporting content, outreach and growth initiatives
- Following up on tasks and ensuring things actually get completed
You may be researching a partnership in the morning, interviewing a candidate in the afternoon and coordinating an event later that day.
That variety is part of the role.
Who We’re Looking For
- Graduate — mandatory
- Fresher to maximum 2 years of experience
- Must currently live in Gurugram/Gurgaon
- Available for a full-time, office-based role
- Strong spoken and written English and Hindi
- Comfortable making calls and speaking with new people
- Organised, resourceful and good at follow-through
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and AI tools
- Willing to learn quickly and take ownership
We care more about initiative, reliability and execution than fancy job titles or years of experience.
The Startup Environment
SkillsNCR is a lean, early-stage startup. You will work directly with the founder and get exposure across growth, operations, hiring, partnerships, customer engagement and business building.
There will not be a separate team for every activity. We are looking for someone who can understand a problem and help get it solved.
Strong performers can take on significantly more responsibility as SkillsNCR grows.
