We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Business Operations Manager to work closely with the CEO and cross functional team. This is a broad, hands-on role focused on turning business priorities into action. You will coordinate key projects, improve accountability, support business reporting and help ensure important initiatives continue to move forward. The role will suit someone who enjoys working across different parts of a business, bringing structure to complex issues and helping the team deliver on their commitments.
Key Responsibilities
· Translate CEO and leadership priorities into clear actions, owners and deadlines.
· Track progress and follow up agreed actions.
· Prepare leadership meeting agendas, reports and action registers.
· Support monthly business, governance and board reporting.
· Develop and maintain business dashboards and project updates.
· Monitor work across Sales, Production, Service, Customer Service and Finance and address issues when they arise.
· Identify process improvements and support their implementation.
· Prepare business cases, briefing papers and decision-support materials.
· Help improve communication, accountability and operating discipline across the business.
