Job Description:
This role owns the commercial data backbone for a business or zone — making sure Sales, Operations and Finance are working off the same numbers, that systems like the CRM & ERP are actually adopted and used, and that the sales funnel connects cleanly through to cash realization.
It suits someone who has previously driven adoption of a commercial system (CRM, ERP module, or dashboard) against real resistance — not just configured one.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end visibility of the revenue funnel and commercial metrics — Volume, Revenue, GP, EBITDA, PBT by segment — connected through to downstream metrics like AR ageing and Unbilled Revenue.
- Drive CRM and systems adoption within Sales and Operations — configuration, training, and active enforcement of usage, not a one-time rollout.
- Run regular Sales/Operations/Finance cadence meetings to resolve data discrepancies and operational blockers.
- Partner with the Data & Technology team to prioritize and specify system or dashboard enhancements as gaps are found.
- Build and run the reporting cadence that holds sales executives and zonal teams accountable for their numbers.
Qualification:
Preferred Background
- 3-5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Systems roles — ideally having implemented or scaled a CRM or commercial system inside a company, not just used one.
- A track record of driving adoption of a system against initial resistance from a sales or ops team.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills; comfort working directly with a Data & Technology team on requirements.
- Experience partnering with sales and finance teams around a shared set of metrics and definitions.
- B2B or enterprise sales-operations background is a plus; exposure to freight, logistics or distribution is a strong plus.
