Business Operations Manager
Location: Aldermaston & Burghfield (between Reading and Basingstoke)
Salary: £45,760 - £58,000 (depending on experience, qualifications and suitability)

AWE is currently recruiting for Business Managers to join our Business Operations team supporting our key operational delivery areas. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in how information, insight and performance data are used to support decision-making across the organisation.
Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders within our Business Units, you'll help ensure that the right information reaches the right people at the right time. Your work will provide valuable insight, support strategic planning, and contribute to the successful delivery of business priorities.
This role offers the opportunity to influence how reporting and governance activities are delivered, while leading improvements that drive efficiency, consistency and informed decision-making.
Please note: This is a predominantly site-based role. Several vacancies are available, and responsibilities may evolve in line with business needs and individual strengths.
What We're Looking For

For Hybrid Roles
Working Pattern: AWE operates a 9-day working fortnight, with
every other Friday as a non-working day. This role is eligible for hybrid working, meaning employees typically spend
three days on site in a long week and two days on site in a short week. We support flexible working where possible, including part-time and varied working hours, so please let us know if you would like us to consider an alternative working arrangement when you apply.
