Company Description Lucky Minerals Pvt Ltd (LMPL) is a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act as a company limited by shares and registered with RoC-Delhi. LMPL provides large-scale mining and material handling services, including core operations, maintenance, and logistics support for major private and government industries across India such as TATA STEEL, NMDC,RINL, JSW,VEDANTA , ECL etc. The company operates pan-India and manages complex, high-volume projects in the mining and industrial sectors. LMPL has subsidiaries including KNK Traders, JRL Mining, and RKL Minerals Pvt Ltd, supporting a diversified portfolio of services. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role based in Delhi, India. The CFO will lead the overall financial strategy, planning, and governance for LMPL and its subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The key responsibilities include:
1.Formulate and execute financial strategies that support the company's long-term business goals and scalable growth.
2.Monitor, analyze, and optimize margins on Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) and fixed-price contracts.
3.Implement strict tracking systems for labor utilization, spare parts inventory management, and subcontractor expenses.
4.Partner with the business development team to model financial risks and pricing structures for new O&M bids and proposals.
5.Assess and manage operational risks, including performance penalties (liquidated damages), regulatory compliance.
6. Establish and maintain robust internal control frameworks across multiple remote operational sites.
7.Oversee all corporate tax strategies, internal and external audits, and compliance with financial regulations.
8.Deliver accurate, timely, and actionable monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to the Management.
9.Mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. An MBA or professional certification like CPA, CMA, or CFA is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive financial leadership experience in industries like manufacturing, infrastructure etc.
